1. Find a place to resupply
If we press hard from the Southern tip of Africa to the Western-most point we can cut a few days sailing. We are looking for an island to replenish supplies and rumour has it there is one to the west of Banguela. I wonder if the residents of Banguela know of it.

2. Mountain that spews fire
Yes, yes, there is. you'll see it if you head directly west of here. But the mountain there spews fire. Not a safe place to live at all. It's not very large. But I suppose one could build a crude harbour.

3. Small island to the west
There is a volcanic island to the west of Banguela. It might be best to take the fast sea route up from the southern tip but as expected, might have to build a harbour. Anyway, let's check it out
