      No Expiration
      Portobelo Adventurer's Guild
This job is perfect for an Aztec fan like yourself. It's about a not well-known goddess who's a sister to Huitzilopochtli, the Aztec god of war and sun. We want you to research the myths and try to find something that shows what this goddess looks like.

          1. That would be Coyolxauhqui you're talking about. Apparently her name comes from the word for bells, which are on her cheeks. After hearing that the mother of the gods, Coatlicue, had an unexplained pregnancy, she tried to kill her mother together with 400 of her brothers. However, she was defeated by Huitzilopochtli who was born at the same time. The High Priest will know more if you are interested.

          2. Using the fire serpent, Xiuhcoatl, Huitzilopochtli killed Coyolxauhqui and chopped her body into pieces. He even killed all 400 of his brothers. There should be someone who tells these kinds of myths at the temple. I recommend you go to Tenochtitlan and ask around there.

          3. Oh maybe you must be talking about the large stone disk in the temple... The carving on it sounds similar to the goddess Coyolxauhqui from the myth, althought I'm not sure if she has any bells on her cheeks. Maybe you should check it out.

4.Apparently there's a large stone disk that depicts the goddess Coyolxauhqui. Let's investigate around the temple in Tenochtitlan.

            • Coyolxauhqui's Disk () Exp: Fame:
A large stone disk with a relief of Coyolxauhqui, an Aztec goddess. The disk depicts the myth where she waged a battle against her brother, the sun god Huitzilopochtli, when he was born but was dismembered by him. It's said that the goddess's name comes from the bells on her cheeks.
