A new Memorial Album, "A Dragon in the Phantom Sea", this should be introduced in Lost Memories Chapter 2: Colossus. This MA consists of four items:

Sea Dragon's Fins
Sea Dragon's Tusk
Leviathan
Flag of Sea Dragon

These items are related to the sea-monster, Leviathan, who drops the Crest and one of several ingredients needed to produce the remaining three items. This album is a bit difficult to complete as you also need R15 Handicrafts and to be able to collect the annoyingly rare, no-trade Platinum Ore trade good.

When the album is completed, you may report it to Francois Rabelais in Marseille and receive your album reward:
