Apparently, when the ornament you're displaying starts a cultural trend at Paris' museum and unlocks this title, the following nickname titles also briefly become available:
1st Selection: Trendy, Leading, Rumoured, Elegant, Innovative, Would-be
2nd Selection: Charisma, Planet, Fad, Harbinger, Mercenary, Handsome
The selection reportedly disappears when your trend does. I'm not sure if the options reappear if you trigger more trend outbreaks in the future, but at least your nickname will remain permanently set until you decide to change it again.
