increse loots from treasure box.etc without it u can get 10 wood if u change to thi title.u may get 15 or more wood.

I've also been told that with this title equipped, the dungeon drops are better -- instead of commonplace wood in FSD, for example, you'd get a more valuable East Asian trade good in its place, or a rare memorial album item instead of an antitode item.

There appears to be some confusion to what this title actually does, so I tested this title out in Upper Bordeaux dungeon. I ran it several times with and without the title on, noting what I got on each floor, in each chest, and how much. This is what I found out:

- It decreases the odds of encountering chests with traps in it. That means more trade goods for you rather then a nasty trap!

- When you do encounter a chest with a trap in it, it increases the odds of you successfully avoiding it (this will [obviously] NOT work if you do not have unlock skill).

- Contrary to what other players may claim, this doesn't appear to increase the number of trade goods you get from chests, although an update (maybe a bug?) from the past may have changed that.

- This might be odd timing, but it seems you get fewer chests with consumables in them. This includes POs, medications, etc.

- Finally, this does not increase the chances of getting rare items such as the equipment for completing MA. In both sets of several runs where I had this title on and off, I only got one or two rare items.

Can this title increase the odds to find hidden passage notes from the chests though?

I personally doubt it as this title pre-dates the existence of hidden passages and the notes you speak of. I don't dungeon as often as I used to, but I never noticed an increase in the notes with this title on.

Hmm, ok. Looks like it'll be a long road ahead getting the rest of hidden passage discoveries for me.

In theory it should, because this title decreases the trap encounter rate in the treasure chests so your more likely to find other things. It doesn't actually up the percentage odds of finding a hidden passage notes, but it helps ever so slightly.
