West coast Sal. Doesn't really matter too much though since it's a supply port and you can only dock there (cant enter it) to stock provisions even if you don't have the port permit for West coast.

I believe she was asking if there was any other supply ports aside from Ushuaia, which there isn't any. I still find it kinda odd though they only put that one supply port in the game unless they plan to add more in a future update.

there aren't any other but -

you can resupply at a farm you own, and its free to do so.
