neither plunder as skill nor the Oxford plunder skill make this map to drop easily. it's all about mere luck. anyway, 6&3 from Leshan drops infinitely more often. I have done 131 runs so far in the attempt to aquire my 2nd one, but still no luck. I'll resume the searching in a day or 2.

I'm up to 330 runs so far and the map still has'nt dropped for me...Oh well, back into the dungeon i go. :)

Out of curiosity, I put the Japanese name of this map through a google search and started skimming translated sites. Most of the results were talking about how rare this map is; one poster claimed to have gotten it after 600+ runs, while another said they got it on their 47th run. Looks like the "quickest" way to grab it was to solo the dungeon, to reduce the number of enemies on that spawn (particularly on the boss floor) and thus slightly raise your odds of getting it as a drop reward from the boss.

Should be a lot of fun when I eventually get around to looking for it, heh. On the bright side, I haven't seen any information that suggests it's a one-time only drop, so far.

This is a rare npc drop, so the oxford skill for rares should help in theory.

Every experience so far suggest it's down to luck. as for best way to run it, I would say running with one partner is the quickest way. With two people the NPC count is still low, and killing same NPC together increase pace greatly....

Batt, every high level adventurer is looking for this map. I've heard of players running Azuchi Lower 200+ times and not getting it. It's the most difficult map in the game to get, and it gets you the hardest to obtain discovery in the game, the Altered Maedate. So, be prepared to pay billions for the map if you find someone selling one.

I've seen players selling them in a far extend up to 20b... Whoever gets the map wins literally an lottery in that dungeon :x

I will look myself later on this dungeon how much attempts I did to get it... Cause I doubt to suggest to raise the droprate of it since it would hurt older players :/

Honestly, it's overrated. You don't get any special equipment or any reward for this map. Just one more discovery card. No point in spending bils of ducats just for this map.

Is it overrated? Yes, maybe. But I'm overpaying for it.
