The book is not yet available that I know of. The Carro 16 are from NC tickets (Treasure Box) and I also beleive they can be found in the Dungeons

Anyone with Casting r15 can get this book since that's the highest level needed to make the 9 cannons required. Since it's a one time only book, I seriously doubt anyone owning it would sell it... I certainly won't sell mine.

My suggestion then would be for you to camp out I e. Latin America with the ingredients.
I am almost certain you can fleet with somebody and "borrow" their firearms trading rank.
There should be no shortage of casters out there right now making cannons for this book
The longer you wait the fewer there will be however

It's simply not worth the time to work up casting to the level you would need to get this book if you didn't intend to use it. You can make so much more money doing other things than working up your casting to be able to even get this.

I don't think it will be sold very much at all, and it won't be cheap.

im shocked players are buying this book, you need to be casting r14 minimum to use any of the recipes, the same rank needed for MA and get the book for free. i think the players wanting to buy this book are those foolish enough to have got it plaundered from them or sold it for large ammount and they wanna buy it back cheaper.

I could probably be convinced to sell one for 500m. I mean, in the time it would take to work up casting from scratch on a character, then get them the port permits to be able to make the maestro guns, I could grind out well over 500m worth of trade goods out of dungeons, so 500m honestly wouldn't even pay for my time. Hmm, maybe not then.

500m isn't an outrageous price at all for the book when you look at it in terms of time spent and how much that could have made you doing something else.

u can set it on production while u are away from pc.200m is more than enough to grimd cast to r15 with or without bonuses. plus it doesnt need to cover all costs to grind cast. 250-300 is enough. all that said 500m or higher are one person, which is either troll or stupid, just like any1 who will say that the price is more than 300M

As people have said before: if you can use this book, you can get this book easily without buying it. If you need to buy it, chances are you can't use it.

The only situation I can see where this book would need to be bought is if someone were silly enough to lose or sell it. And that's why virtually no one sells it.

(not even that) of sailing /casting is not a lot to get the book which you do not have to pay for , freebie = no monetary cost.

how long it take to grind casting to r16 before you can make carro 16 + to make 400x carro 16, cost how much for ingredients/time/PO's

esbt can be acquired with out skill grind + dont waste time sailing round to get ingredients, can then fleet with others and do fsd n earn 60m a day + there are 2 selling choices for dungeon goods player or market for fame/xp (+approx half player cash price)

with cannons you have to rely on players, and if others undercut you on esf/bc selling their cannons at 4m then yer pretty fcked

Can't buy memorial album items out of a bazaar/company shop to have them register in the album, and can't trade them, either. Only making them, or plundering them, or having them pop out of something like a New Year's Giftbox or ticket or the like, will work.

To complete any memorial album

1.You can find an item (collection,search,procurement etc.) But it CANNOT be another player's item that u find
2.You can craft a required item.
3.You can buy an item ONLY from the market or NPC item shops. Company shop, bazaar,delivery DON'T WORK
4.The items can be obtained via plundering ONLY from a NPC and NOT another player.
5.Can be given an item ONLY by the NPC not from another player.
6.Items can be found in dungeons HOWEVER if you are in a fleet and they get an item it will count for THAT 1 person and NOT the whole fleet.

Honestly Gonzalvus, pretty much anyone that goes through everything you need to do to get this book is going to keep it for use or put a ridiculously high price on it if they do put it up for sale, thus saying "Quit being so damned lazy and go earn your own as a Memorial Album reward" You also have to realize that each character can get this item 1 time only, which pushes the price up as it is. 2b actually seems fair to me, having gotten mine just before the OGPlanet transfer, however, mine is most assuredly NOT for sale though.
