no apparent uses in cooking, nor storage in terms of making it into fish - it do convert into food at a 1>11, and it sells at more than 3k ducats each (3,440 @ 100% in london)

what i will say needs confirmation but i suspect that when you catch sunfish the loyalty of your sailors rise a little bit if it's low (around 60-65)

Here is the story:
I was fishing and sailors got frustrated and i didnt have any wine barrel > fishing was good didnt want to go to port but kept monitoring loyalty drop > frustrastion cured by itself after a long drop in loyalty > got sunfish and was going to check ship cargo but ended up in ship status by mistake > for my surprise loyalty had rised i little bit!

Again, it needs confirmation!
i'm sure it has no effect when it's above 85-90 but haven't had the chance to test with lower numbers anymore.
