Good luck, ive seen this go as low as 150 with about 200m as the goong rate. Nobody is grinding finesse anymore. Everyone is just hiding it turtle ships waiting for the deck nerf to comeout.

Junchul is right. This is less than 200m. Nobody uses these. No one is grinding techs. Theyre hiding like pussies in turtle ships until chapter2 deck nerf comes out.

There is no deck nerf coming! It is a rumor started by some players to stop others from training finesse. Just because 1 server has doesnt mean all will. You are all going to be in for a big suprise come chapt 2 and no nerf.

Anyone know if finesse is capped by level?

The reason I ask is I did finesse grind, my alt toon who's still low battle level could only hit a max of r46 handgun finesse, as opposed to my main who was able to go beyond r48. I'm assuming this was due to his low battle level, but don't know what level I do need to make it go higher. Any advice on this subject is appreciated, ty!
