This allows you to switch to different RF division (adventure/trade/battle) at a guide mediator in large cities.
OGP causes us inconvenience again for a new Astro item.

This item is not currently available on Maris. Curiously, it shouldn't exist at all: according to JP wiki, "If you request a change of (Royal Navy) affiliation from the requesting (quest mediator), you will be charged a fee according to the distance from your home office."

This makes substantially more sense. We don't need UWC items to change into jobs without job cards, do we? I will be dropping a support ticket to Papaya requesting that they petition KOEI to restore this original function, or at the very least to put this petition item in the Union guild shops.

After all, placing it in cove/c-ticket would serve no purpose in encouraging game growth/retention, and it wouldn't be as valuable as Special Purchase Bonds (which also don't exist in JP server but I digress). I expect nothing, but better to have tried at least. Cheers...
