Aether Glyph and Aether Charm are different item.

Aether Glyph is for obtainig and ranking up Attribute Tech. You can craft and trade with other players in game.

But when you use Aether Glyph, there exists success rate to rank up your Attribute Tech.

For example)
0R=> 1R, 1R=>2R, 2R=>3R
You can raise your Attribute Rank 100% chance, however 3R=>4R won't be 100% anymore. Finally 14R=>15R base rate will be 20%.

Mysterious Aether Charm can raise this base rate. A charm can raise 5% up , and you can use multiple at a time which means you can raise the success rate +80% if you have enough charms and want to do.

This item is tradable among users, came from Cove, which means UWC item.
