Well, this is debatable and subject to one's opinions. In mine's, I would say Advanced Endorsement Award is a pretty good chest to trade coins for. It is not available all the time, so I usually save my coins until it is available for purchase. The reward is a random advance endorsement. It's a bit of a cheat actually, heh, as one could get (for example) ranger job without doing the massive amount of prequests.
