held in Caribbean territory port with dock manager pay Ducat and PA it fixes your ship dura over time , not sure about cost and duration for dura replenish. i never use it, not enough ships. but it does allow you to hold more ships

I bought 10 of these ^_^ very nice to have. have AFCV , MAV , CLR , MTC , ETC , CCG , CLC , and a couple other ships in shipyard. can get all to max Ship Proficiency :D good to have!

The dock expansion is a permanent item if you change nation and unlock your dock again you will still have the additional slot, but be reminded that this item is limited to 1 so you can only have 1 added slot buying and using the item again will have no effect.

This item can apparently be acquired from the fleet of 5 Neapolitan Galleass ships in the East Mediterranean Sea, dubbed the Commander Don Juan Fleet -- but only through August 7th.

The event is called "Going Out With A Bang Sea Battle Event" on Maris (terrible name...) but you can look at its original JP server data below at...

I am puzzled that Papaya didnt remove it from the event awards.
I remember OGP generously put a 32/32 sail in summer event but before long they announced shutdown of the Gama server.
I have a bad feeling about this and hope it becomes wrong.

I have a similar bad feeling but hope it turns out to be nothing. Anyway, Shark Fleets (x5 La Mort) in the East Mediterranean reportedly drop this item. There are rumors that the Super Frigate fleet (whose name escapes me) may drop them too but I haven't been able to confirm that yet.

I don't think giving Dock Storage Expansion with a extremely very rare drop from an event that not everyone can do is generous. If i "gave up" managing the game ,i would just give it via Login Reward event or something that takes no effort.
