from any other regular port (not farm or colony)you can 'get a tow' to this registered port
your hold must be empty of trade goods(supplies are ok)
1 aide must be in navigator job ,
it costs money from few 'k' to few 'mil'
there are 3 options normal - safe (slow)- swift (as name suggests but not very)

Eny know exatly how this work? i have my ship is empthy i got an aide set to Navigator and i have registraten an home base but the option to get towed eny know whats i done wrong?

I registered my port at Venice, went to santo domingo, purchased tickets from port official at santo, have aide in navigator job @ 100%, did not recieve any option where to go, or slow, reg, fast transport. Signed off for the night and was still in santo domingo this morning. Should I purchase my tickets in Venice first? Do I have to register the port in santo domingo if I want to return to Venice? If so, when do these options to me occur? This is the only place I can find any info on towing at all...feel so duh!

Go to Santo Domingo dock, click top right icon 'System', choose 'Tow and logout'... and see what happens :-). I haven't tried it but I can see the Tow and logout option. I guess you need to have your tow permits at hand too.

Yes, use tow and logout, you will get a windows to choose where to go. Your home city is always an option, also the designed "base" and near ports. Tow permits allows any way of tow, but you will need to pay a lot of ducats too.

If your pet has Area Search (Land) you can get tow permits in Morocco West Coast.
