This has got to be the worst thing in life to try and plunder.. Days and days sailing the Norwegian Sea killing stupid pirates fleets after pirates fleets to have many 5 Brigade fleets spawn and only 1:5 fleets were the 'correct' fleet that drops this and Seal of Valkyrie

Still going for it though, any advice..

You sound like you know about that already, though. I also found a map on a Japanese blog; maybe it'd help to have approximate locations of where to hunt?

You may already have known about that too. Obviously the Oxford skill Rare Item Plunder is a necessity for item plundering... Hmm. Can't think of anything else, and no other search results seemed promising. Well, other than this:

Please note that there's more than one kind of Christmas Ticket item, and seemingly no way to tell them apart from one another. The event on the third link seems different from our most recent Christmas event that give out such tickets, so even that isn't necessarily a lead.

It really does seem like a very hard to find item; I wish you well in your item hunting. Cheers, and favorable, MA-item plundering to you.

Yeah I have done pretty much everything possible as per both Rare item plunder guides and I have come to the conclusion that this brigade fleet is super rare and hard to spawn. Even then, it's only a 50% chance that I spawn the right fleet and I haven't spawned any fleets at all in the last two days.

If anyone,, I mean ANYONE who is currently grinding Row skill or Fishing or whatever, if you could do it in this sea region, it may help to spawn additional fleets increasing my odds.

It get's pretty lonely up here in Scandinavia

Wouldn't you know it. Maybe whining on a public website is the trick.. Minutes after i log on today and kill like 2 pirate fleets,, Bam,,, Scandinavian Brigade fleet spawns and the first item I plunder is Freya's Drink.

Funny how i did have the correct fleet at one point weeks ago and all i could get was seal of Valkyrie..


Needless to say,, today was a good day.

Now onto the next items

I've spent a lot of time in this area and haven't even seen the Scandinavian Brigade fleet - not once. I see the pirates with 4 frigates but not the pinnaces as reported on Marcos blog. Does killing the pirates help spawn the brigade fleet? Anyone have suggestions?

Like a lot of the "rare" plunder fleets you will need to kill the other random fleets in the area until the Scandinavian Brigade fleet spawns. If I recall correctly this is a relatively rare spawn so offer up something to the gods of RNG and start clearing the seas of the other fleets.

Can be randomly obtained by exchanging Paper Fragment with a Tower & Paper Fragment with a Colossus. The Paper Fragments can be collected in The Sea of Wonders and then exchanged with Ibn in Alexandria and Murshid in Candia.
