I have one of these with Firearms trading +2 and Minerals trading +1.
I believe it was from a chest that came with an Appraisal map.

I don't think this can be obtained with any Appraisal map, unless someone can prove me wrong. This can be gotten from a "Cargo ship of the Northeast passage" SW located in the Northeast passage that can spawn anywhere from the Laptev Sea eastward to the Sea of Okhotsk.

Hmm, actually it might have been a shipwreck (Geo) map, but I'm 100% sure it was in the Med, and not a raised shipwreck.

Obtained from 8-star shipwreck (30 SWPM's) in the Banda Sea. Southwest of Dili.
