I'd guess the boss of Rapa Nui interior? That boss also drops a nice looking (if sadly underpowered) sword, the Tebutje, IIRC. Man, I really need to get out there and collect these weapons one of these days.

Rapa Nui Interior. Level 56 boss has 4 level 41 guys around him. So to increase the chance to plunder rare items from the boss, its better to fight him separately.
