Found one at the Stacked Boulder (North-East of map) of Upper Euphrates landing point. Also found a Babylonian Soldier's Boots (8 def, +1 evasion, 30 dura) and Babylonian Solder's Outfit (20 def, +1 plunder, 30 dura) at the same place.
