Pursuant to a request, I'll rehash a recipe posted by Guilder long ago on the Knight's Stiletto page. This weapon can be made into Knight's Stiletto using the following Florence recipe. The details are as follows:

Required age/title: 16th Century Phases 3-5
Location: Florence Chamber of Commerce
Points Required: 500/production
Base Stats: 65 dura, 50 attack, +1 Casting, +1 Swordplay
Recipe: (4) Coal + (6) Steel + Stiletto -> Knight's Stiletto

So to make one, you'd buy a Short Sword from item shops in Seville/London/Lisbon, make it into a Stilleto using the recipe found in Sword training- beginner (also available in the same item shops) and then bring the Stiletto to Florence Chamber of Commerce and use the above recipe to make it into Knight's stilleto. Don't forget you need to have at least 500 Florence CASTING points you're willing to part with!

And if that's not enough masochism for you, you can always make the Knight's Stilleto into Knight's Stilleto EX via transmutation alchemy (Develop Potential recipe), which gives the 16th century phase 1-5 age effect :)

Just a quick note: The target fleet from Blank waters has a chance to drop this weapon on their defeat; it's therefore likely you can plunder it from them in melee with an aide or Pillage Order items - if they stay alive long enough, that is.
