If a rank 5 Reduce Vigour Consumption is 1 vigor per turn, then how much is a rank 6? Have anyone tested this?

Not me, but my guess is that 5 vigor skills still cost 1 vigor to use while higher vigor skill (Emergency Acceleration, cannon skills, etc.) cost less to use with R6 than they would with R5.
