problem with MF is about the crew numbers.. you will always need to add crews numbers to use the max power of the cannons. it is not top of the line ship.. could be use in some npc training or term fight as support.
you need a minium number of the cews+ your cannon numbers to max the fire power. if the crew numbers goes below it. power will drop for like 15% for every 1 crews~15% loss (from japanese wiki). which means you need to add lots of crews for the use of your cannons.
lets say if you are using 5x14 cannons.. min crews needs 40.. i.e. you need a min of 110 crews + a few spares crews in case you have some being killed/jumped over board.
5x16 cannons needs 120 + a few more.

120 crews are only enough for 5x14 cannons.. but heavy bombing work fine in both solo/fleet, if you know how to use it cleverly.
