I think that Money Trader quest is needed to be done, and need to be Money Trader in order to get quest. Not 100% sure, but on wiki it looked like its chain quest. THe Money Trader quest is from Santo Domingo need R5 Metal Trading, Spanish. Bring 100 Silver to Cardinal Tabera in under 200 days.

ALSO: Need Paphos discovered, quest is Remanants of Punic War(Mars Adv-Arch 1, ARA, Recog 1)

It's best if you get 100 Gold, 1 Bow Carronade before you start quest I believe. Easier then running around looking for stuff.

Political Merchant Quest:

Step 1) Talk to Cardinal Tabera.

Step 2) Sail to Algiers.(Remember you need Disguise, I have no clue how much.)

Step 3) Go to Hiding Place. Talk to Hayreddin.(need the R7 Sociability to talk to Hayreddin)

Step 4) Give Hayreddin 1 Bow Carronade.

Step 5) Sail to Tunis. Go to West Tunis. Go to the Way back to Mammal Bones to Proceed. (observe/perception notes won't work to show you where bones are)

You are now in Byrsa Hill. You have to slay Shahin (the asshole who stole from Seville). He is by Ruins (Where you had to Recog Paphos). There is a group of 2 Level 13s and 1 Level 18. (If you don't kill them, they will continually respawn)

Step 6) BACK TO ALGIERS FOR HIDING PLACE!
Talk to Hayreddin twice!

Step 7) Sail to Seville. Talk to Cardinal Tabera, give 100 Gold to him/her. Talk to Cardinal Tabera 2-3x to finish.
