A great fleet from another country who visited here?  Ah yes, the fleet lead by the fellow Zheng He. From what I've heard, that fleet was from a considerably large country. That was even before your people came here. What's more---

The land north of the Spice Islands, huh. I hear rumours sometimes. Silk isn't their only product. Ceramics, tea, traditional crafts and various art products. You can have your pick of several attractive goods that reflect the unique culture of the area... as they say.
But the area is hardly free of its own troubles.

The first trouble is the various countries of the area. Though the area would be calm if it was just one big unified country, there are also many small nations that have been warring until recently. I also heard that commerce did not go very well, either. But even then, there's value in the heading for that region.

Another trouble is pirates. Pirates will pretty much show up anywhere there is sea and ships, and those seas are no different. The leader in the countries around there are thinking hard about the problem, but it's not one that's easily fixed. You too should be careful when you sail through there.
