A group that went to the forest was eerily disturbed by it, but no harm befell them. So I'm giving you this quest to investigate the matter. Ask the town's residents where it is and go investigate.

                                    You can hear the thunder to the west. I've actually heard it too, but it just sounded like distant thunder and certainly not the real kind. By the way, the sound gets louder during the rainy season. Maybe it's there's a connection with water... Anyways, take care where you go.


                                    3. Is the Thunder Actually Water?
                                    It's been said that there is a sound resembling thunder that resonates throughout the forest and is especially loud during the rainy season, which is the time of the year when downpours are most frequent. Areas affected by water may hold the key to understanding this thunder. As instructed, set sail from Sofala, land along the shore to the south, and investigate the area around the upturned boulder to the west.
