1. Divine statue of Caligula
Caligula was a noble and moderate young ruler, but it is said that his personality changed completely after falling to a grave illness.
In order to deify himself, he ordered the construction of his own divine statue around where Jaffa is now. You can find out more from the books I have.

2. Whimsy of Caligula
Caligula, or Gaius, ordered the creation of a divine statue of himself to deify him, and placed it in the temple in Jerusalem.
This enraged the locals, who destroyed the statue in a riot and threw it out into the fields.

3. Destroyed marble statue
The statue of Caligula that was destroyed by the locals of Jerusalem is somewhere outside of Jaffa.
I should search near the large rock to the west.
