- i didn't say you couldn't reduce crew, i said you can't reduce crew HOLD. Even with -crew improvements the crew HOLD can only reduce to it's set minimum, you can't gain cargo hold by doing that.

- there are a number of "useless" skills that are going to make a lot more sense when the game is finally fully released. There are going to be a lot of ships getting reset and rebuilt too i think...

- I know of at least one BTC (mine) that was build with an eye towards taking it out to 4/4. Shouldn't have to reset it, but most of them.. ya
