HOW IN THE HELL can a person be a be able to tell you what it does without giving you a wild-assed guess? Now with that said, the parts are antifouling paint and infirmary and it looks like the boat is all sparkly.. hmmm, could it possibly be a skill that might cure diseases and keep algae off the rudder?
