• Just a guess but make an official large 3 decked hull in Venice and then make the Vaisseau using that hull. I'm a fairly noob SBer so not sure.

• grind this skill by rowing whether you got 225 or 5 crew its how many days at sea with skill on and moving that you gain xp for upto r6 is pretty easy after that its 1xp per game day at sea ok the reason players have 5 sailors is because you dont have to make port as often fr supplies
