- there are NC items you can buy that allow speed-up and 1 extra build per day but they are expensive and 1 use only, there is no other way. all you can do is get all your company members to build and invest also, - if your company is just you - your looking at spending few hundred million to get to r2 shipyard 2500 population... i did my comp colony to 1300 population - then put it on hold due to cash flow issue....

- oddly i only had this site for reference and there wasn't anything written in comments and i understand how it works, i didn't have to ask anybody so this is all im going to write about it. if you can't figure it out after the introduction and this site you don't deserve to have your own town... ...its not brain surgery

- look in the 'Quests (Beta)' left margin and use google translate go on try just on your own go on dont be scared

- you wont see it every time you try , you may need to burn through a few qmp's talk to the usual guy for trade quests: "The Merchant Guild's Predicament" The quest can be found in all capital ports... Different ports requires you to bring different trade goods to finish the quest.... Requirement needed before you can even see the quest is 500 fame in trading, Rank 1 Accounts and the port's language...
