• thats not right - with EA all boat get improved. NC and non NC. Non NC just means you can take some boats to 5/5 that but they do not all get those extra slots when registering at a colony. However, NC boats will get an added 2/2 slots so a MSF or AFCV can go 10/10 but other Non-NC will be able to go 5/5 or 7/7. This depends because when registering at colony it increases levels requirements by 5. So if a level requirements goes over (70 with ea patch) it cannot be improved. Hence why some boats will always be 5/5 and some 7/7 that are non-nc.

• silly comments... i have this skill and it is only good for archive browsing when u need to "READ" archives where body language will never help u and translation notes u buy from the interpreter are very few. usually all recipes have paper and some other trade goods (mostly dyes that are locally in the same area they speak the language u r trying to make the dictionary for). Usually paper is easy to make/get around the world if u buy ramie, collect hemp and more... it serves me well when i do serious adventuring thats all

• it goes easier for me, i got the book ( i dont need erasmus) and also the book to make foreign books from paper.. so i all i gotta do is buy paper from london and stop infront of the scholar, finish all in 1 min and report. sundries skill is really worthless since the only thing u need from it is either buy foreign books (which can be obtainable from paper, specially with high wares trading) or to grind it only for some furniture making (which is silly) and FYI u wont need to buy sundries for linguistics anymore, u only need it for r1 and r2, the rest is wares and dyes. my 50 cents

• Netmarble doesnt care CJ does. u see those people in unit that they make them work like its a sweat shop? theyre doing the job netmarble has ignored for years. when nelle farmed his alts it was legal as u can still open multiple chars in multiple comps at a time. thats why the changed it. but still ur here whining about it. u dont care y should anyone else should? if ur not doing something about it and ur adamant that u shudnt then dont expect any of the management to help u
