this seems to be the continuation of Album 4, so still to come, dont think you need item, just not released yet.

As I understand it, we unlock access to themes by having the world clock move to the appropriate era -- if true (and I have no reason to think it isn't) this would explain why some treasure hunt themes have appeared, while some (Jeanne Hachette's Axe TH, for example) have not. Avalon is the only theme currently that requires a key item to access.
