      Uncle Hoca, a character full of wisdom and knowledge. The man who had been gathering stories about Hoca had been forced to flee from the Timurid Dynasty. Before he fled, he hid his work. I will find his collection of Hoca stories by following the information from the Clues.

                The wise man of Turkey
                According to the collector's journal, the man hid his collection on the east bank of the Black Sea before fleeing from the Timurid Dynasty. I will head to the Black Sea East Coast and look around the Large Boulder.

                The Large Boulder is on the East side of the map. Click the boulder to receive Uncle Hoca - 35 dura, +2 Persuasion, +1 Frugality.

                *note: if you don't have the Turkish skill clicking on the boulder does nothing. Notes will work in place of the skill*

                    since the developers patched treasure hunts you need to have Turkish as an skill to be able to activate the clue for this quest, aswell as r12 theology be it by your rank or items making it lvl 12.

                    The general rule of treasure hunt quests has always been that you couldn't accept them without meeting the third listed skill; language requirements were easiest since you could just use translation notes twice: once to accept the quest, and once more at the relic discovery landmark. You're saying this no longer applies?

                    like i noticed it right now without the language skill and without having r12 theo it indeed did not accept it did not check it with an translation note yet
