                      Been looking for some time for this quest, never able to get it (no QMPs used), even with my alt having Nordic skill, I needed Nordic myself for the Awilda's Helmet quest, and now I see this quest every single time I go to Stockolm.
                      My point is, having all requisits yourself does help a lot while pulling quests, rather than having fleet. Dunno if Aide applies to this.
