A giant plant that inhabits the Namib Desert. Its leaves are 1.5 meters wide and reach 3 to 4 meters in length. It has an extremely long lifespan extending hundreds of years.

-Exhausted Research Materials
You were the one who previously discovered the Titan Arum.
Hearing the report on that flower, I was made keenly aware of
the fact that there are plants in this wide world of ours that defy
all semblances of rhyme or reason. It is likely they are still
astounding plants out there just waiting to be found. I continue
to research tirelessly into the subject myself, but...
-Request for Investigation into a Huge Plant
It goes without saying that my research will be all for naught
unless someone willing to travel to distant locations and
conduct field studies for me. This time in particularm it is not a
gigantic flower I am interested in studying, but a giant plant.....
Like last time, i have been unable to get my hands on any
reliable information, but....
-Gathering Info at the Tavern
Please draw from your vast experience amd discover a miraculous
plant for me. I am sure unusual information from far away lands
can be had at tavern, where many voyagers gathers. Please
head there first to collect information.
-The Monstrous Plant
You're talking about that huge plant? Well, I heard about that
from this seafarer from Saint-Georges who dropped anchor here a
while back. It was a monstrous plant with huge leaves and roots.
He said the natives said it lived for hundreds of years. Truth is, he
might have been just spinning a yarn. But if you want to know
more, go to Saint-Georges.
-Southeast of Karibib
A huge monster plant? Haha. I think i know the one you're
talking about. Go to the desert southeast of Karibib. It's said to
grow there. But, Just so as you know, I ain't seen it myself. I
heard about it from a Resident over in Karibib when i was down
there one time. If you really want the lowdown on it, hit up one
of the locals.
-The Plant that Outlives Humans
Yes, I know it. If you want to see it for yourself, head southeast
of town to the desert. You'll find a leaf longer than your 2 arms
spread wide. Its been shredded by sand and the wind. I havent
pulled up the roots yet, but I imagine they're fairly long. They
say its been that way since I was born.
-The Bizarre
According to the Karibib Resident, the plant we're looking for
can be found by sailing southeast and landing at the landing spot
we find, then going north to the desert. Says to keep an eye out
for the Large Boulder and we couldn't miss the bizarre sight of
the huge plant.

Hey, thanks. I personally love when quest details are added to the DB; I guess I'm a bit of a geek, but the story of UWO is one of my favorite things about it, so I am always glad when quest pages on the DB can be properly filled out.
If you like, you could also edit those quest notes you transcribed into the actual quest information by clicking "Edit/Update this page" and then copying them into the corresponding dialogue areas; AdmiralAzad was good enough to leave a place for them to be entered into. Just a thought, since not everybody looks at comments right away when they come to a quest page.
Thanks again either way. Cheers, and great online voyaging to you.
