                In order to make the waters to the east of India safer and more convenient for sailors we must work out such countermeasures before other countries beat us to it.                               Surveys in opposing countries
                              Here's a brief rundown of the survey. This time you're to head to Cairo. I want you to look around and find out what the citizens think about the Red Sea. This will be very important information for our country so make sure to do a proper job. As I'm sure you're aware, this is enemy territory. Make sure to wear a disguise!

                              Living comfort
                              This area is dry, but it prospers thanks to the Nile. Sandstorms can cause problems, but barring those, this is a nice place to live.

                              Present state of town
                              This town used to be prosperous, but now it seems to be going downhill...
                              It doesn't have to become a big city like Alexandria, but i hope it at least will become an important trade hub. That'll help business at my store.

                              Awareness of the Red Sea
                              When the Red Sea is connected to the Mediterranean sea, this town will become an important trade hub. Trade between Suez and Massawa will increase like never before. That'll be great for this town.

                              Locals' advantage
                              I've been thinking.... You know that there's all kinds of vibrant fabrics and high quality dyes in India, right?
                              When we're connected to the Red Sea, we'll probably be able to buy them quite easily. I'd be so happy. I really hope it becomes a reality.

                              Judgement in Cairo
                              Because of the Nile, Cairo is a very nice place to live, despite the sandstorms.
                              A lot of the people are saying that if it were connected to the Red Sea, then Cairo would flourish. Cairo is in the shade of Alexandria, a much larger city. It seems the citizens of Cairo would like their time in the sun, too. I should put this information together and make my report.

                                  Despite ivyro listing it as a 300-day deadline (same as the Investigating Suez quest), this quest does not appear to have a deadline. It is neither mentioned in the spoken dialogue nor is any expiry listed in the ingame quest window.

                                  So, feel free to pick it up and ignore it for even longer than 300 days (5 hours) if you really want to.

                                  I just fixed it, as there is indeed no day deadline for Infiltrating Cairo (nor is there such a big ducat reward for doing it). There still is the 300-day deadline for Infiltrating Suez however...
