Cannot get this with over 130k adventure fame.. why?

Cost me around 130 qmps almost give up, finally can pull this quest,
I dont use this much qmps while doing vinland or excalibur quest chain,
I have spain language and adv fame 250k ......

Some players have better (or worse) luck then others when pulling quests. I actually got this after just a few QMPs, and I wasn't even looking for this. XD On the other hand, I'm doing chain quest to get Xanadu, I'm halfway through and I already used up 100+ QMPs, mostly because there was a couple of quests that took 30-40 QMPs before it will show up. To quote one player "That's just part of the business called Adventure."

There is actually one prerequisite to this quest appearing/being shared: you have to have discovered Valencia. I couldn't share the quest with somebody until they did that step.
