that's it just need to go Genoa(adventure guild) and pull the quest, I got this on third QMP, but know people who've used a lot more to get it

SQMP are a total scam. This isn't what anyone would consider a "rare quest" anyway, so I wouldn't expect any benefit from them. Get the language, use regular QMP and hope for the best.

I used romance translation notes and 7 QMP's to get this. I have 29k fame, adventure job and adventure graduate title. I hope this helps.

I have 6k adventure fame and used 3 qmps, then went to the Merchant guild, used 1 qmp and came back to the Adventure Guild and it was there. I also completed upper floor.

For any of the dungeons u must have completed the Upper Floor first. Then if a language is required u must be able to speak that language, have an aide with the language or use the appropriate translation note.
Body language will not pull these quests for you!

0 qmp's use.and i said free quest to everyone as alway.noone seemed to like it.

Just a little tip..Don't forget to report the discovery you get in the upper floor before picking the quest...
