Stone walls of the Incas

Rio de Janeiro Adventurer's Guild
I have a request here from the Guild for you to investigate about the Inca empire. You've been there before so I think you understand that there is a culture that has developed there that people like us could have never imagined.
I'd like to ask you to explore this culture -- even if just little by little. Go speak to the adventurer waiting at Lima.

Stonework of Cusco
Ah, you've taken on my request, have you?
Have you seen the stone walls that they make in that land? If you have visited Cusco then you must have seen them, at least once. You know, the beautifully worked, carefully laid stones.
Skillful engineering techniques
But there's something odd about them too.
If they had just used old, big stones then that would be one thing. But in the Inca Empire they have actually worked the stones, and specifically laid stones of quite strange shapes. I just can't believe their stone working technology is so advanced.
Investigate the site
You take another look at their stone work, a good long look. The longer you look at it the stranger it will seem, trust me. Once you've done so, why not talk to the people there too?
All technology is kept by the empire
You want to know about the stone walls used here in town? Sorry, but folk like me don't know anything about how they were made. All such techniques are kept by the Empire.
I have seen children playing at searching for interestingly shaped stones, though.
Boys who love to play
You are looking for an interestingly shaped stone? The boys often play at finding them, yes.
Among them it is a game, the boy who finds the one with the most sides is the winner. Boys love to play like that, don't they. Eh? You want to know the most sides a stone has been found with? That would be no less than 12! Why not take a look for one like that yourself.
Technology to create impressive stone walls
The technique for creating the stone walls is kept by the Empire, and you were unable to obtain any information on the process. However, there is definitely something to be said for the skill used in fitting the angular stones together so perfectly.

- Inca Stone Walls ★★ (Historical legacy) Exp:360 Fame:300
Smooth and beautifully shaped stones. Something this big would pose a problem in stacking and conveying, but these stones were precisely stacked without even the slightest gaps. How on earth did they build that?
