He claims to have seen a beast with absurdly large fangs on the outskirts of Portobelo but says that it suddenly up and vanished into thin air... It has even been haunting him in his dreams as of late. Head to Portobelo and look into whether this is mere hallucination or a real lead.

                    Quest updated. Chi Wiki says it has but also has a side comment "Need to be confirmed" so i guess you can try. :)
