                        Alright, I figured it out. Step 1 is to speak with renowned? scholar in Lima. Step 2 is to go to Tumbes and speak with Seafarer. Step 3 is of course at the South America Northwest Coast landing point, go to the 'Red Flowers' which you can find easier from the legend I left in the comments for that landing points ivyro entry.
