Copiapo - Talk to Seafarer once with 200 Cactus trade goods in your possession; they can be obtained from company shops, or from various landing zones with Procurement skill at R8 or higher. I recommend Northeast Guatemala due to its proximity to Lima, and because you can refill vigour at Guatemala's bar; other procurement locations are listed under the Cactus information page.
