1. Talk to two people in Guam (or one person twice, i forget)
2. Sail to Island of Pohnpei South Coast from which you will enter Pompeii Island Interior where you will first find and click on the Large Boulder and then the Ruins before being able to use Observe and then Recognition. (its an enclosed ruin area the entrance to which is just south east of the Pointed Boulder)
