                  1. Observatory
                  The tower-like structure is probably one of the observatories mentioned in Samguk Sagi. In this region, they were less interested in astrology, and more interested in watching changes in the climate to predict possible calamities.
                  Astrology already existed in the Silla period.

                  2. Rock and Astrology
                  Just as Gaya was the nation of iron, Silla was the nation of stone. Seokguram, which you saw previously, was built up with stone. The people of Silla may have built up rocks to create observatories and look up into the skies.

                  3. Silla Tower
                  The mysterious tower-like structure seen by the requester may be an observatory used by the people of Silla for astrology. That tower can apparently be found on the outskirts of Pohang. Go and see it immediately.
