As there are many straits and
small islands on the way to the
Spice Islands many pirates have
made the region their home and
we are receiving numerous
reports of pirate attacks in the
area. In order to minimize such
damages we have decided to
supply all merchant ships heading
into the region with tribute
goods. Your job is to prepare
and deliver those tribute goods.
