                A great hole in the hull
                The ships those pirates attacked are a sorry sight. There are giant holes in their hulles. But they weren't caused by cannon fire. They're all at the same height. What could have done that?

                A ship reinforced to ram
                I haven't seen it myself, but I hear it's not just a ram installed onto a ship, but rather the entire ship itself is one giant ram. If that ran into another ship, wouldn't it make holes like that? Eek!

                On the eastern sea
