Rest area in Achin
A creature with large eyes? I remember the research party talking about something like that. I got on their ship from Atjeh, which is on the northern tip of a large island east of Ceylon. They were having a party or something at the rest area there.

The research party from Calicut does indeed stop by here from time to time. The sailor over there listens to all of their stories, so you should ask him about this big-eyed creature.

Ah the creature with big eyes. I think the story was like this... Deep in the forest, the team was building a place to spend the night. Suddenly, two round objects shined in the darkness. They could tell it was a pair of eyes, but they couldn't tell what it was...

Eyes too big
One of the team members pointed a torch at it, and the creature ran off. They thought it was a large monkey with large eyes, but they got a glimpse of the creature's body, and were surprised to see that it was tiny compared to its eyes.

South west shore of this island
You can land to the south-west of this island to get to the forest. They went there before stopping by here to tell us the story. That forest is probably where they saw the creature!

Investigation of large eyes
The research party from Calicut saw the creature with big eyes on the south-western coast of the island that Atjeh is on. I should go there and find this creature.
