      Hey, have you ever gone to he north of Dili? While there are many islands around here, there is a sea region north of Dili with uncountable small islands. There is a town called Ternate on one of these islands. This request is to study the island where that town lies. First go to Dili to gather information.

                  1.Massive empire that created spices
                  The small island that Ternate is on? Compared to neighbouring islands, it really is tiny. But there's a kingdom there that wields phenomenal power. And that's all thanks to the cloves which can be found there. I've heard about traders from Europe scrambling to buy those cloves. Lucky them...

                  2.Threat of the neighbouring island
                  The kingdom on that island is facing one problem, though. On a neighbouring island, another kingdom has also grown tremedouslly because of cloves. Now two great kingdoms are next to one another. And, as things happen a struggle has broken out for dominion of the region. But neither country's power has started to decline...

                  3.Intervention of large European nation
                  It's just as the Barkeep says. But this isn't just about a power struggle between the town kingdoms. On both sides, different European powers have gotten involved and started supporting their chosen ally vigorously. Most likely, they want to gain a foothold frm which they can take control of the Spice Islands. I wonder which country will end up possessing that island's wealth...

                  4.Twin islands at odds
                  The island where the town of Ternate is located is a production centre for clovs. Apparently, due to the wealth acquired through this trade, the kingdom there has become extremely powerful. However, it is also said that the presence of major European powers can be felt operating behind the scenes there. Have a look at the island for yourself and make a report.

                      An island that produces the precious spice called clove. On this island is the Sultanate of Ternate, which has accumulated immense wealth due to the clove trade. Ternate is a fierce rival of the Sultanate of Tidore and they are continually looking for an advantage over the other.
