Its king, Kubla Khan, in an effort t secure a sea trade route, commanded a fleet of ships and came as far south as the island of Java. I would like you to investigate about this Kubla Khan. You should be able to find out something by asking around town.

            1. AArmada that attacked Java
            When the forces of Kublai came, the island of Java was in a civil war. With Wijaya, the heir to the Sighasari kingdom that reigned at the time, locked in a battle with the rebels.
            Wijaya tricked the forces of Kublai into fighting the rebels, and when the civil war was over, mobilized his forces to defeat the forces of Kublai.

            2. Knights that attacked Pegu
            A sailor from Pegu was in this tavern recently, and told me that region was attacked by Kublai's forces in the past as well. Unlike the island of Jaa, which was attacked by ship, Pegu was attacke by cavalry. The Mongolians, being nomads, were skilled wit the use of horses, and drove the reigning kingdom out.
