                1. Three promises
                Whilst investigating that river, I ask that you make and keep the following 3 promises.
                One: do not enter the river any more than is necessary; and when injured, under no condition.
                Two: even where a disembarkment point exists, do not disembark more than is necessary.
                Three: investigation only the mouth of the river.

                2. It must be kept
                If these promises are not kept, it will mean you life, that's what we're talking about.
                Oh, I didn't give the details of the location, did I? Far east along the shore from here where the south shore of Caribbean sea cuts southeast, there is an island. The river is round there.
                ...And be sure to keep those promises!

                3. A dangerous river?
                Learned the location of the river that is the object of the investigation from a Portobelo resident.
